  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For the Korma Sauce:
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 15 minutes in warm water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil/ghee (clarified butter)
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder (modify according to taste)
