In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, sautéed mushroom mixture, salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top for a crispy finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve warm with chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
