Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes About 800g.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt, then pat them dry with a towel.
  • Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges to form 8 wedges per potato.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the coated potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  • Cook the wedges at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once cooked, remove the wedges from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, feel free to add other seasonings such as chili powder or parmesan cheese.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce like ketchup or ranch dressing.
These wedges can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispness.
