  • 1 parchment paper
  • 1 medium saucepan
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 candy thermometer optional

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened condensed milk 480 ml
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips 340 g
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios 150 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 ml
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 g
  • to taste drops green food coloring optional

Instructions

  • Line the 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some paper to hang over the edges for easy removal later.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the unsweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat. Add the vanilla extract, salt, and shelled pistachios, stirring until combined.
  • For a more vibrant color, you can add a few drops of green food coloring to the mixture and stir well until evenly colored.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Once the fudge is firm, use the edges of the parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into 12 squares.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

You can substitute almonds or walnuts for pistachios if you prefer another nut.
For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the fudge mixture.
