Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • In a separate pot, combine the uncooked egg noodles and beef broth. Bring to a boil and cook for about 6 minutes, or until al dente.
  • Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with the beef and vegetables. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and top with shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Feel free to customize your casserole by adding other vegetables like mushrooms or using different kinds of cheese.
You can also substitute the ground beef with shredded chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
