Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, allow it to simmer for a minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the butter.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and transfer them to the skillet with the melted garlic butter. Toss the meatballs gently to coat in the butter.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
