Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups broccoli florets About 1 large head.
  • 2 medium Honeycrisp apples Cored and diced.
  • 1 cup walnuts Roughly chopped.
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by washing the broccoli thoroughly, then cut into bite-sized florets.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced Honeycrisp apples, chopped walnuts, and raisins. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. This will be your dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli and apple mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately on a plate or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
