Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Optional for spice.

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Whisk the ingredients together until they are thoroughly mixed and no clumps remain.
  • Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight container for storage.
  • Store in a cool, dry place. The blend will stay fresh for about 6 months.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of crushed red pepper flakes to suit your spice preference.
