  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped (about 4 cups)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces, undrained)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for added heat)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili powder (if using). Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and wilted.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Once ready, remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or herbs if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your hearty meal!
