Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried dill, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a garlic herb mixture.
Place the Ritz crackers on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Using a spoon or spatula, evenly spread the garlic herb mixture over each cracker, making sure to coat them well.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the crackers.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
For added flavor, feel free to sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese or freshly chopped herbs on top after baking.
