Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust 9-inch
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • powdered sugar for dusting optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pre-made pie crust in the 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until smooth.
  • Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow the pie to cool for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

For a more intense chocolate flavor, feel free to add an additional ¼ cup of cocoa powder.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Pair with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.
