  • 16 oz block of feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 8 oz sliced salami, cut into strips
  • 1 cup pitted green olives
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together until well mixed.
  • Add the cubes of feta cheese, salami strips, and green olives to the bowl. Gently toss to coat all ingredients in the marinade.
  • Transfer the marinated mixture to an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • When ready to serve, arrange the marinated cheese, salami, and olives on a platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve with toothpicks or small skewers for easy picking.
