- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs total.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
