Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs total.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir continuously to prevent it from sticking.
  • Gradually add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Return the cooked chicken breasts back to the skillet, coating them with the creamy sauce. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve this dish with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
