Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cranberry juice unsweetened
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed or bottled
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • to taste fresh cranberries for garnish
  • to taste orange slices for garnish
  • as needed ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well to mix.
  • If desired, add the honey or agave syrup and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Just before serving, add the sparkling water or club soda to the juice mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the cranberry mocktail over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with fresh cranberries and an orange slice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing beverage!

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness of the mocktail by adding more or less honey/agave syrup to suit your taste.
For a festive touch, consider rimming the glasses with sugar. Just wet the rim with lime juice, then dip it in sugar before pouring the drink.
Feel free to experiment by adding other juices such as pineapple or pomegranate for varied flavors.
