Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spatula or butter knife
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 plastic wrap or parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch size.
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries Chopped.
  • ½ cup green onions Finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined and creamy.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. Using a spatula or butter knife, spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log, ensuring the filling remains inside. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.
  • Once all tortillas are rolled, cover them tightly with plastic wrap or parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. This will make slicing easier.
  • After chilling, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator. Using a sharp knife, slice each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or thyme.
You can substitute low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
Feel free to serve these pinwheels with a side of dipping sauce, such as a balsamic glaze or a yogurt dip.
