  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for heat

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter with the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
  • Using a whisk or fork, mix the ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  • Add in the chopped parsley, chives, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir well to incorporate all the herbs and spices.
  • Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  • Transfer the Cowboy Butter to an airtight container. You can use it immediately or refrigerate it for up to a week to let the flavors meld.
