Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds total.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and bubbly, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on one side without moving them until they develop a golden-brown crust.
  • Flip the chicken breasts using tongs or a spatula, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, reducing heat to medium if necessary, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • Drizzle the lemon juice over the chicken and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
