Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 lbs or 680 g.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme. Mix well to form a marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the bowl with the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for about 5 minutes (or longer for extra flavor).
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Ensure they are not overlapping for even cooking.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip the chicken breasts over using tongs and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) using a meat thermometer.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

Leftover chicken breasts can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. They can be reheated in the air fryer for a quick meal.
