Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds total.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken breasts by trimming any excess fat. Place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, combine the chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour the broth mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to mix with the juices.
  • Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
