Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Approximately 1.5 lbs.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • Coat each chicken breast evenly with the marinade, making sure to cover both sides well.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook the chicken breasts at 380°F (193°C) for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference. Adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving can add brightness to the dish.
