- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Stir well until the cornstarch is dissolved; set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken to the pan, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, stir-frying for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
