- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup diced tomatoes optional
- ½ cup chopped bell pepper optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well to combine.
