Equipment

  • 1 large skillet
  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 plates
  • optional aluminum foil for storing

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream optional

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the ketchup and mustard, mixing well to combine. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  • In the center of each tortilla, layer approximately 1/4 of the cooked ground beef, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, some shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in towards the center, then fold the top and bottom over to create a tightly wrapped shape.
  • In the same skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Place each wrapped crunch wrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly before cutting in half. Serve warm with sour cream if desired.

Notes

You can customize the fillings by adding your favorite ingredients such as grilled onions, jalapeños, or sliced avocados.
If making in advance, you can wrap them in aluminum foil and store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet before serving.
