Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully peel the pears and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cores using a knife or a spoon.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up. Spoon the cream cheese mixture generously over each pear.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top of the cream cheese filling.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the topping is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
You can serve these baked pears warm or at room temperature.
