Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 tongs
  • 1 kitchen paper towels

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional, for heat.
  • Fresh to taste parsley For garnish, optional.

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with kitchen paper towels to ensure they become crispy during cooking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Once preheated, place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding for even cooking.
  • Cook the wings for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  • For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken wings for a few hours or overnight before cooking.

Notes

For extra flavor, feel free to marinate the chicken wings for a few hours or overnight.
