  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by washing the potatoes thoroughly under running water. Peel them if desired, then cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes (about 1 inch).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Once preheated, place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Cook the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  • Once done, transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs if using. Serve immediately while they are hot and crispy.

Notes

For extra flavor, feel free to add other spices such as onion powder or chili powder.
If you prefer softer potatoes, reduce the cooking time slightly or cut the potato cubes larger.
Serve these air fryer potatoes with a dipping sauce like ranch or garlic aioli for added taste.
