Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape that fits comfortably in your air fryer.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket, taking care to leave space for air circulation. Brush the top with additional ketchup if desired.
Cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Once done, carefully remove the meatloaf from the air fryer using a spatula or tongs. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
