Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod) About 6 ounces each.
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush each fish fillet with olive oil on both sides to ensure the coating sticks.
  • Dredge each fillet in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the coating.
  • Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  • Air fry the fish for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the coating is golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
  • Carefully remove the fillets from the basket using a spatula.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

You can add your favorite spices or herbs to the breadcrumb mixture for extra flavor.
If using frozen fish fillets, make sure to thaw them completely before following the recipe. Adjust cooking time if the fillets are thicker.
This recipe pairs well with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a balanced meal.
