  • Immediately transfer the eggs into a bowl of ice water and let sit for 5 minutes to cool down before peeling.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper for scrambled eggs.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 275°F (135°C) for scrambled eggs.
  • Grease silicone molds or ramekins with butter or oil.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly into the molds, filling them about halfway to allow for expansion.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness. Stir halfway through if desired for a fluffier texture.
