Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks About 2 pounds.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper Optional for heat.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl, and use your hands or tongs to coat the chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
  • Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded to allow proper air circulation.
  • Cook the drumsticks in the air fryer for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
  • Check the internal temperature of the drumsticks with a meat thermometer; they should reach 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
  • Once cooked, remove the drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
