Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 pounds.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  • Once the air fryer is preheated, place the chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  • Cook the chicken for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature; it should be 165°F (74°C). If necessary, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
