Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound baby carrots About 454 grams.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 15 ml.
  • 1 teaspoon salt 5 g.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 5 g.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 5 g.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme 5 g (optional).

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the baby carrots, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme (if using). Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  • Cook the carrots in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
  • Once the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, remove them from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.

You can cut larger carrots into sticks or rounds to ensure they cook evenly.
