  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Cut the baby potatoes in half. If they are larger, you can quarter them for even cooking.

  • Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Cook the baby potatoes in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter.
